About the Role:

Wipro is hiring a Developer - L3 to join its innovative technology and consulting division in Bengaluru. This is a key software development role focused on designing, testing, and maintaining modern software programs for business-critical applications. You’ll be solving complex problems, collaborating with product and functional teams, and delivering robust, high-quality code as per client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze system or product requirements and convert them into feasible designs
• Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data needs, and processes
• Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and facilitate performance improvements
• Collaborate closely with project managers and functional teams to gather detailed requirements
• Code, test, and ensure optimal performance of software modules using best practices
• Develop and execute test cases, automate validation, and modify software for performance upgrades
• Prepare detailed reports, project documentation, diagrams, and code comments
• Ensure error-free code and on-schedule delivery
• Play a role in customer communication, capturing requirements and feedback
• Stay current with new programming languages, tools, and industry best practices
• Mentor team members and participate in skill upgrades

Key Technical Skills:

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Fullstack MERN developer
• Strong hands-on experience in developing end-to-end applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node
• Proven capability in troubleshooting and optimizing software
• Expertise in automated software validation and reporting
• Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation and clear coding comments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for client and team interaction
• Proactive approach to continuous learning and professional growth
